Award-winning development launches sales

The second phase of home sales at an award-winning residential scheme on Brentford's waterfront launched in January.

Keelson Gardens, comprising a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, duplex apartments, penthouses and townhouses, forms part of the Brentford Lock West development which won a RIBA National and two RIBA London Awards for its architectural design.

Featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and open plan kitchen and living areas in most homes, Keelson Gardens also includes landscaped communal spaces, terraces and balconies, which were viewed at an invitation-only launch event on 27 January.

Designed by regeneration specialists Waterside Places, the development is a joint partnership between MUSE Developments and the Canal & River Trust, which supports waterside regeneration across the UK; 50% of its profits are invested back into Britain's waterways to conserve and maintain for future generations.

Situated close to The Grand Union Canal, Brentford Lock West benefits from an active watersports scene including paddle boarding sessions and a nearby kayak and canoe club.

Chalico Walk, which formed phase one of the project, saw strong sales with 80% of its 42 one, two and three-bedroom apartment units now bought.

John Robinson, development director at Brentford Lock West, encouraged people to register their interest for Keelson Gardens: "We are very excited to be releasing our latest collection of homes here in Brentford.

"With its waterside setting, carefully landscaped communal spaces and spacious terraces and balconies, we believe the homes here offer something very special."
